- For whatever reason you request order cancellation, refund, return, or credit card chargeback on mystery box orders will result in your ineligibility to participate in any future mystery box events or pre-orders
- Your payment will be processed after you finish the check-out process. If the order cannot be fulfilled once the item become out of stock, you will be refunded fully.
