*Important Pre-Order Policies*
- All pre-orders are on aĀ first come, first served basis. We will fulfill the orders based on the sequence of orders received according to the quantities on hand.Ā The earlier you place the order, the higher the chance of the order being fulfilled! (Limited edition items are sold out fast.)
- For whatever reason you request order cancellation, refund, return, or credit card chargeback on pre-order items will result in your ineligibility to participate in any future pre-orders
- Limited edition items may become sold out. Successful check-out does not guarantee fulfillment.
-Ā Full amount will be refunded back to the customers if the item is no longer available. For example, only 5 of Product A are available. The first five customers to purchase it will receive the product. Any other customer that bought this product after the 5th customer will be refunded fully.
- Your payment will be processed after you finish the check-out process. If the order cannot be fulfilled once the item become out of stock, you will be refunded fully.
-Ā We begin filling pre-orders the day we receive the items.
- Once the pre-order period ends, the items will not be available unless SNPYONLY still carries some stock.
