Late Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived, please contact our support team ( and we will resolve the issue for you as soon as possible. We have shipped many items all over the globe. Other than extreme weathers that causes delays or carrier-induced errors, our products had arrived safe and sound in their new homes! Please note, pre-order items will take a lot longer to be fulfilled!


Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund within 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Certain products are exempt from the return policy, such as watches, jewelries, perishable goods, pierced earrings, intimate products, health and personal care products, gift cards, or made to order products. Please note that jewelries, earrings and intimate products are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

SNPY ONLY will start implementing return fees on returned products and returned packages that were not claimed from the post office. The return fee will be 10% for customers in Asia and 15% for customers outside of Asia. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to return the product, please send us an email, along with your proof of purchase, at and tell us about your issue and we will do our best to resolve the issue. To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided to you after you have contacted our customer service.

You will be responsible for the return shipping. Please insure the package you are returning. is not responsible for merchandise that is either broken or lost.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within few business days.
