*Important Pre-Order Policies*
- All pre-orders are on a first come first serve basis. We will fulfill the orders based on the sequence of orders received according to the quantities on hand.
- Limited edition items may become sold out. Successful check-out does not guarantee fulfillment.
- Full amount will be refunded back to the customers if the item is no longer available. For example, only 5 of Product A are available. The first five customers to purchase it will receive the product. Any other customer that bought this product after the 5th customer will be refunded fully.
- Your payment will be processed after you finish the check-out process. If the order cannot be fulfilled once the item become out of stock, you will be refunded fully.
- We begin filling pre-orders the day we receive the items.
- Once the pre-order period ends, some items might still be available but at full price
