Dear SNPY ONLY Customers,

(This message applies to customers in the USA only. If you reside elsewhere, please disregard.)

As you may know, recent tariff changes have greatly impacted shipments to the US. At this time, Taiwan Post has suspended all package deliveries to the US, and it is unclear when services will resume.

In the meantime, SNPY ONLY is working to ship through alternative carriers such as DHL and FedEx. Please note that shipping fees via these carriers may be two to three times higher than usual. To help reduce costs, we recommend:

Combining multiple items into one order, or
Consolidating several smaller orders into a single shipment.

The fees listed above are estimates and may vary based on factors such as the carrier’s fuel surcharge and other applicable charges. The final invoice may be higher or lower than the amounts shown, but you will only be billed for the carrier’s actual shipping fee.

After you place an order on our website, we will email you to confirm whether you’d like to ship it right away or wait to consolidate with other orders. Once you are ready to ship, notify us via email (snpyonly@gmail.com) and we will send you an invoice for the actual shipping cost from the carrier, minus the shipping fee you already paid at checkout. Please note that additional customs tariffs may apply.

Customers from the USA are responsible for paying the additional shipping invoices or customs tariffs. Failure to pay may result in packages being returned to SNPY ONLY or destroyed by customs. In such cases, orders will not be refunded, and the customer’s account may be permanently banned from future purchases.
