Lottery works like Japan's Ichiban Kuji, where you buy tickets to see if you can get the prize you want
How this works: SNPY ONLY will allocate the prizes based on the sequence the orders are received -> The first customer will receive prizes from the first 10 lottery tickets and the second customer will receive prizes for ticket 11 to 20, and so on
Since shipping fee can't be calculated beforehand, you will be invoiced for the corresponding shipping fee based on the volume and weight of the prizes you've won. Customers will be notified via email as well.
If the customer fails to pay for the shipping fee, the prizes will not be shipped and the customer will be blacklisted and prohibited from making future purchases on snpyonly / Non-refundable / Non-returnable

*Important Pre-Order Policies*

- All pre-orders are on a first come, first served basis. We will fulfill the orders based on the sequence of orders received according to the quantities on hand. The earlier you place the order, the higher the chance of the order being fulfilled! (Limited edition items are sold out fast.)

- Limited edition items may become sold out. Successful check-out does not guarantee fulfillment.

- Full amount will be refunded back to the customers if the item is no longer available. For example, only 5 of Product A are available. The first five customers to purchase it will receive the product. Any other customer that bought this product after the 5th customer will be refunded fully.

- Your payment will be processed after you finish the check-out process. If the order cannot be fulfilled once the item become out of stock, you will be refunded fully.

- We begin filling pre-orders the day we receive the items.

- Once the pre-order period ends, the items will not be available unless SNPYONLY still carries some stock.
